Information we collect
When you submit a request, we may collect your name, contact information, ZIP code, preferred contact method, vehicle preferences, budget or timing details, and campaign-source information. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank statements, or credit applications through ordinary website forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to vehicle, leasing, financing-coordination, appointment, and delivery inquiries; maintain customer records; attribute marketing sources; and improve our services.
Sharing
Information may be shared with a participating dealership, lender, leasing provider, transport provider, or other service provider when needed to fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information for unrelated marketing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as needed for legitimate business, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. Financing applications and sensitive financial documents must be submitted through an approved secure provider.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete your inquiry information, subject to legal and business-record requirements. Submit a website request labeled “Privacy request” so it is routed into the private CRM for follow-up.
